Tables are held for fifteen minutes past the booked time. After that we may release them, because the room only seats twenty-six and somebody else wants it. Tell us if you are running late and we will do what we can.

Parties of six or more are asked for a card to hold the booking. It is not charged unless you do not arrive and do not tell us.

Workshops are paid in full at booking. Cancel more than seven days before and we refund in full. Between seven days and forty-eight hours we move you to another date. Inside forty-eight hours the ingredients are already bought, so the ticket is not refundable — but you may send somebody in your place.

Tell us before you book. We cook over one fire in a small kitchen and we cannot promise a fully allergen-free environment, so we would rather be honest about what we can and cannot do than take your money and improvise.

The back room is held on a deposit, with the balance due on the day. Final numbers are needed seventy-two hours ahead; that is the number you are charged for.

Valid for two years from purchase, redeemable against dinner, workshops or the pantry list. Not exchangeable for cash, and we cannot replace one that is lost.

Broadcasts are free to watch. Be civil in the chat; we remove people who are not. Recordings stay up for thirty days.

Photographs, menus and written material on this site belong to the restaurant. Prices and dates change, and we will always tell you the current price before you pay anything.
