When you book a table we take your name, phone number, email address and the size of your party. When you book a workshop we also take any allergies or dietary requirements you tell us about, because we are cooking for you.

We do not ask for anything we do not need to run a service or a class. There is no profiling, no advertising network, and nothing is sold on.

Workshop tickets and gift cards are charged through our payment provider. Card numbers are handled by that provider and never reach our servers or this website. We keep the transaction reference and the amount, so that we can find your order and refund it.

Health information you give us is used by the kitchen for your booking only. It is visible to the chefs on the day and is deleted with the rest of your booking record.

If you join a broadcast workshop, the display name you choose and the messages you send are visible to everyone else in that room, and are held for the length of the session. Do not put anything private in the chat.

Booking records are kept for two years so that we can honour gift cards and handle disputes. Marketing emails stop the moment you unsubscribe, and the record is removed within thirty days.

You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address in the footer, or email the address listed there, and we will respond within thirty days.

This site sets a cookie to keep you signed in to the live chat, and nothing else by default. Any analytics or advertising tags are added by the site owner in settings, and will be disclosed here when they are.
